1. What recurring payment will apply to my membership?

Monthly membership to our Portal is provided to you as a monthly subscription. It’s the subscription based therefore your card is charged monthly automatically to supply you continuous access to the content available at the Portal.

2. When will I be charged for my membership?

Once your test period ends your card is going to be charged for a monthly membership price unless you unsubscribe before the top of the test period . The date of the primary payment is going to be considered as your billing date. If your next billing date is scheduled for the date that doesn’t exist during a given month the payment is going to be made on the Judgment Day of that month.

3. When will you send confirmation about my payment?

4. How to cancel my membership/delete my account?

7. Am I able to request a refund?

You can always request a refund.
